Chamberi Flat

We were commissioned to carry out the complete renovation of this apartment located in the Chamberí district of Madrid. Working in close collaboration with the architect responsible for the design, we delivered a residential project where construction quality and meticulous attention to detail were essential to faithfully bring the architectural concept to life.

Particular care was taken throughout the construction process, with special attention paid to bespoke joinery, the integration of lighting, and the quality of the finishes. The original brick walls were carefully restored and preserved as a feature of the interior architecture, maintaining the character of the property while reducing the need for new materials, reinforcing the project's commitment to a more sustainable approach to construction. The result is a contemporary, warm and timeless home where design and craftsmanship come together to create spaces of the highest quality.
