Ribera de Loira Reception

We were appointed to design and renovate the reception area and elevator lobbies of this office building. During the construction works, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily brought the works to a halt. Thanks to the commitment and close coordination of everyone involved, construction was successfully resumed and completed.

Working within a carefully managed budget, the design focused on achieving maximum impact through simple yet thoughtful interventions. The combination of natural wood finishes, planting, and indirect lighting transformed the common areas into warm, welcoming, and representative spaces, enhancing the everyday experience of the building's users.

The result demonstrates how a carefully considered intervention can completely transform the image of a building without the need for extensive works.
